Please thoroughly read
the following LOMAH Farm sales policy before making contact about
the purchase of any of our goats.
●We
do not take deposits until all kids are born so that we can make
decisions on who will be retained. We will notify in order
those who have contacted us about purchasing kids.
●A
$50 deposit
is required to hold the kid/adult of your choice for 30 days, or
until weaned if it is a nursing kid, so that you may arrange pickup.
The deposit should be made by
CASH
or Paypal.
All Pay Pal payments include a 3% charge and should be included with
your payment for a total of $51.50.
●All
goats must be picked up, or delivery arranged, within 7 days of the
date arranged or the animal(s) can be considered abandoned. The
animal(s) will remain our property and the Deposit will not be
returned.
●All
animals must be Paid In Full by either
CASH or Cashiers Check
before leaving the farm. Personal checks only accepted from local
banks and if pre-arranged before pickup.
●We
do not ship our animals. All sales are by pickup only.
●As
Goats are herd animals, a single goat may not do well. Therefore, if
you currently have no other goats, we strongly suggest that you also
purchase a companion goat.
●We
will only sell healthy goats, BUT BECAUSE WE CANNOT CONTROL
CIRCUMSTANCES DURING TRANSPORTATION OR THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE ANIMAL
AFTER SALE OR THEIR MANAGEMENT ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FARM, WE OFFER NO
GUARANTEE AGAINST FUTURE ILLNESS OR DEATH.
●We
reserve the right to refuse a sale without explanation and any
deposit would be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
